Northern Irishman Luke Smith was promoted to the role of U18s Assistant Coach in summer 2024, further strengthening West Ham United’s links with the country.

Smith is working alongside fellow U18s Assistant Coach Zavon Hines in support of U18s Lead Coach Lauris Coggin.
