With Supporters Club branches representing the West Ham Family all around the globe, creating or joining a Supporters' Club will bring you closer to your Club than ever before.
FAQs
Supporters can create a Supporters’ Club by completing the registration form here. The chairperson will then be contacted by the Supporters’ Club team confirming their place as an Official Supporters’ Club and the club will then be added to the website.
The Chairperson of an Official Supporters' Club must agree to the the Terms and Conditions by completing the Official Supporters' Club Terms & Conditions Form and returning to [email protected].
There are no costs in creating an Official Supporters’ Club or setting up a West Ham Account.
Supporters’ Clubs wishing to display their flag at London Stadium on a match-by-match basis can do so by contacting [email protected], please see below the specifications for your flag:
- The flag is manufactured to British Standards and has been certified as fire retardant.
- Include a label with your postal address displayed so that we can return your flag to you.
- The content of the flag is not derogatory, nor should it contain any language or wording deemed to be potentially inflammatory or inappropriate to any individual or group. Additionally, defamatory, political or inappropriate flags will not be permitted.
Within the email please can you disclose the British Standards fire safety certificate and a picture of your flag. All flags sent from Tier 2 Official Supporters' Clubs will be stored at London Stadium and will be displayed on a rotational basis in the West Stand.
Creating and linking your new West Ham Account will take approximately two minutes and you only need to do this once. To purchase tickets or merchandise online, you will still need to create a West Ham Account even if you have previously held an account with us.
1. Go to login.whufc.com
2. Click ‘Create Account’
You can either enter your details on the page using your email address and password or alternatively click one of the social media buttons. Please ensure you use the email address associated with your ticketing account so we can correctly identify you.
3. Verify your West Ham Account by clicking ‘Activate account’
If you registered by giving your email address, after a few minutes you’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure link to click. Click ‘Activate account’ and you’ll be taken back to our website to complete creating your account. If you clicked one of the social media buttons, it will skip this step.
4. Tell us how you’d like to hear from us
In this final step, we will ask you how you’d like to hear from the Club. This is so we know how best to contact you about Club news, ticket information and offers in our store. When you’ve completed this part, you’ve fully set up your West Ham Account.

Once you have created and activated your West Ham Account you will be sent to your profile page where you need to follow the steps below:
1. Click ‘Link my Client Reference number’ which is highlighted in a blue box
2. This will take you to the ‘Link you existing Client Reference number to your new West Ham Account’ section. You will then have the opportunity to enter your previous client reference number into the text box below or scroll down to 'Create a new Client Reference number'.
3. Once you have clicked this you will receive a brand-new Client Reference number, which will be linked to your account.
