Stephen Healy | Women's Team First-Team Coach

Stephen Healy was appointed as West Ham United Women’s team first-team coach in October 2024.

UEFA A Licence holder Healy joined manager Rehanne Skinner’s backroom team having spent ten years at Leicester City as the Foxes’ International Academy head coach and Academy youth development phase coach, working with players in the U12 to U16 age groups.

A De Montfort University sports science graduate, Healy began his coaching career in the United States as player development officer at New York Red Bulls, before moving to Northampton Town as senior football development officer in 2009 and a year later Boys Centre of Excellence coach.

He then spent three years with The Football Association as a regional youth officer for the East Midlands between 2012 and 2015, too.
