• The Community Hub School programme is a truly unique programme that is fluid in its approach to enhancing the educational experience of young people across a range of strategically placed schools across east London and Essex .
   
• Our Community Hub Officers become an integral part of their Community Hub School and use their unique levels of engagement to provide positive pathways for those pupils that engage. To date we have nine partner secondary schools each hosting a full-time member of West Ham United Foundation staff​.
   
• Due to the varying needs of each school and their pupils, each school has there own personal delivery model, however, key areas that are covered through this programme are: pastoral support, enrichment opportunities, transition of pupils from local primary schools, mental health and wellbeing support, delivery of classroom based education interventions and pupil mentoring, plus, further education activities such as our 16-19 Football Programme provisions​.
