The physical activity programme in Newham delivered by 150Club will be ending on the 31 March 2023.
This will be replaced by the Integrated Health & Wellbeing Service in April 2023 consisting of a Multi-Component Weight Management and Movement provision managed by Xyla Health and Wellbeing.
The 150Club team are currently working with Xyla Health & Wellbeing through a period of transition ahead of the 1 April 2023 and as a result we cannot accept any new participants onto the current programme.
