What is the Fan Advisory Board?

The Fan Advisory Board (FAB) is West Ham United’s primary mechanism for formal consultation and engagement, with representatives sharing their views on issues which impact the Club’s fanbase, including the Club strategic vision and objectives, London Stadium plans, operational matchday processes and any proposals relating to Club heritage items.

The FAB will also be consulted on the Club’s short, medium and long-term strategy, equality, diversity and inclusion commitments, the communities’ strategy and West Ham United’s plans for broader supporter engagement.

Who is on the Fan Advisory Board?

The Club spent 12 months consulting with supporter groups and the FSA to build the Terms of Reference for the FAB, which includes the representative positions available. The FAB is made up of representatives from existing recognized supporter groups, alongside two elected positions representing our Claret Members and International Official Supporters’ Groups. You can find out more about each of the representatives on the FAB here.

How can I be part of the Fan Advisory Board?

The FAB has an initial term of two years, at which point the search will begin for new representatives. You can find full information in the Terms of Reference here, or we would encourage you to reach out to the existing members of the FAB to share your ideas, suggestions and feedback, and hear more about their experiences

How will I know what the Fan Advisory Board is doing?

You can check the Supporter Consultation page here, where you can find meeting minutes, the latest news from the FAB, and the Terms of Reference which govern how the FAB operate. Alternatively, you can contact a supporter representative or contact Supporter Services who will be happy to answer any questions you have via [email protected]
