What is the WSB?

The West Ham United Women’s Supporters’ Board (WSB) has been established to give supporters of the women’s team the opportunity to have their voices heard at the highest level. WSB representatives meet at three points during the season, to raise and discuss the topics and issues that are most important them and the fans they represent.

The new WSB provides supporters with an opportunity to directly engage with their supporter representatives, each on the Board as a member of a representative group. The supporter representative will have the opportunity to raise their questions or relay their feedback to senior staff from West Ham United women’s team, using this feedback to help steer the strategic direction of the Club’s decision making.

Currently, the WSB aims to:

  • Provide a platform for meaningful engagement between West Ham United women’s team supporters and senior management of the Club.
  • Build a positive and closer relationship between West Ham United women’s team and their supporters.
  • Develop a greater understanding of the issues that are most important to West Ham United women fans and to consider them in Club decision making.
  • Enable fans to play a key role in improving the supporter experience and shaping the future of West Ham United women.
  • Be the official conduit between West Ham United women’s team supporters and senior management of the women’s team.
