As part of our ongoing commitment to providing fans with a positive matchday experience, we are pleased to introduce our dedicated team of Matchday Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs). These officers will be stationed at key points around the stadium to help and assist supporters with any queries or concerns they may have.
Roles and Locations:
Pre-Match Assistance
- The SLOs will be positioned outside turnstiles and at the entrance, welcoming supporters as they arrive for the match.
- Look out for the SLOs in their West Ham United branded uniforms with their role title clearly visible on the back of their jackets.
During the Match
- After kick-off, the SLOs will be present inside the stadium on the concourse to provide further help and advice.
Post-Match Support
- Following the final whistle, SLOs will head back outside to assist supporters as they exit the stadium.
Expertise and Experience
The team of SLOs is comprised of individuals who have a wealth of combined experience and expertise in:
- Football stadium operations
- Crowd safety
- Ticketing
- Supporter liaison
- Additionally, they possess a deep knowledge and understanding of West Ham United and our fanbase.

The matchday SLO team comprising of ten individuals are ready to hear from you and are eager to support with your queries and concerns. Head over to our information points located outside of the Jax Sun Stand East and our second inside the stadium located next to the SD Samuels Stand.
You will be able to purchase programmes from these information points and learn more about the team and hear from members of the Women’s Supporters Board (WSB).
