If you're new to London Stadium, and you're not sure where would be the best place to sit, feel free to call us to discuss the available options. On a matchday the Ticket Office is located between Turnstiles F and E attached to the West Ham United Stadium Store.

Tickets for Premier League home matches will go on sale four to six weeks prior to the fixture date. The order of sale will be announced on a match-by-match basis and will appear on the Ticket Information page.

For Premier League home matches Claret Members will be given first priority to purchase tickets on the date advertised on the Ticket Information page, with tickets available at the rate of one ticket per membership and are subject to availability. Please click here, for our e-ticketing site.

West Ham Account

To purchase tickets or merchandise online, you will still need to create a West Ham Account even if you have previously held an account with us.
