Connor Brooks joined West Ham United from Isthmian League North Division side Concord Rangers on his 17th birthday, on July 9 2025.
The midfielder made his Concord debut during the 2024/25 season and was soon an integral part of Sam Collins’ team, establishing himself as a mainstay after making his debut in the FA Vase against AFC Dunstable in August 2024.
He made over 20 appearances across all competitions in the Beach Boys’ 2024/25 campaign, which saw them finish 16th in the Isthmian League North Division.
