Thank you for your interest in this free prize draw. Please read the following terms and conditions:
Promoter: West Ham United Football Club Limited with registered company number 66516 whose registered office is West Ham United Football Club, London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 2ST;
1. The free prize draw is open to any person aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and of their affiliated companies or agents, or other persons professionally connected with the prize draw.
2. Any person matching the criteria set out in point 1 who enters between 08:00 BST on 26/08/2024 and 00:00 BST on 02/09/2024 (the “Entry Period”) will be entered into the prize draw to win a West Ham United prize consisting of 1 x Women’s Team Signed 2024/25 Replica Home Shirt - the “Prize”).
3. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
4. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the prize draw.
5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
6. There will be one (x1) winners of the Prize.
7. The Prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
8. The Prize is not transferable. The Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
9. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents on Monday 9 September 2024 (the “Draw Date”).
10. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the Draw Date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner in accordance with the process described above. The Prize will be sent to each winner by post within 14 days of the winner having been notified of their win.
11. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. By entering the prize draw, each entrant agrees that, in the event of them being drawn as a winner of the prize draw, (i) the Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their names on their websites and social media and (ii) such winner consents to the Promoter’s reasonable requests in relation to the taking and publication of promotional photographs.
13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
14. By entering the prize draw, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the contact details at the end of these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where the Promoter is required to demonstrate it has awarded any advertised prizes. The name and country of the winner will be made available after the conclusion of the competition. 15. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion. Data may be provided to a third-party fulfilment service provider where appropriate for the purposes of administering the prize but will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. 16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
