UEFA Europa League Away Ticketing Policy

  • The total ticket allocation will be split between Season Ticket Holders, Club London Members, Sponsors and Partners and will be determined by the overall ticketing allocation. There will not be a ticket ballot for these games
  • 45 euros is the capped away adult ticket price and will be determined by the host Club
  • WHU will be entitled to 5% capacity or as agreed with the host Club
  • Accessible supporters in line with each ticketing priority should call the Accessibility helpline on 0330 030 0174
  • Tickets will be sold in strict order:
    • Bondholders
    • Away scheme members
    • Season Ticket Holders 
    • Club London Members will be notified by their dedicated Relationship Manager.
  • Tickets are non-saleable, non-transferable
  • Tickets are non-refundable unless due to COVID-19
  • All juniors must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • Ticket issuance will take place at a designated time at a local overseas ticket office, staffed by West Ham United ticketing staff, details of which will be communicated by email to ticket purchasers 
  • Supporters must carry photo ID at all times which will be required at point of ticket issuance
  • Tickets cannot be collected by another person, each individual must show their photo ID prior to ticket issuance
  • Supporters must consent and agree to any COVID-19 related travel protocols including outward travel and travelling back to the United Kingdom
  • Supporters must consent and agree to any COVID-19 related stadium protocols and be prepared to show COVID-19 vaccinations and/or negative test evidence
  • Supporters must complete a Fans Travel form within 24 hours of purchase. If the form is not completed and submitted to the Club, your ticket sale may be cancelled
  • Supporters must obtain appropriate travel insurance including cover for all COVID-19 related matters as the Club cannot take any responsibility for missed departures, cancellation of tickets, or anything related to match tickets or unofficial travel arrangements
  • Supporters must adhere to the Stadium’s terms and conditions of entry including the terms and conditions set out in this policy as well as WHU’s away ticket policy
  • This policy is subject to change, amendment or cancellation at any time
