Edinburgh-born Andy Irving is a Scottish midfielder who joined West Ham United in summer 2023.

Capped by Scotland at U21 level, Irving came through the Academy ranks at Heart of Midlothian before making over 50 first-team appearances for the Tynecastle club.

In summer 2021, Irving moved to German 3. Liga club Türkgücü München, then joined Austrian Bundesliga outfit SK Austria Klagenfurt a year later. Having completed his transfer to West Ham in September 2023, Irving returned to Klagenfurt for a season-long loan spell.

Made his first appearance in a West Ham United shirt in a 2-2 pre-season draw with Hungarian champions Ferencváros in Kitzbühel on 15 July 2024, assisting Nayef Aguerd's last-minute equaliser...Scored his first goal for West Ham United in a 1-0 pre-season win at Dagenham & Redbridge on 20 July 2024...Made his Premier League debut as a second-half substitute in a 3-0 home defeat by Chelsea on 21 September 2024.
