Preston Fearon is a talented midfielder who signed from Chelsea as an U15 in 2021.

Fearon signed Scholarship terms ahead of 2023/24 campaign, having impressed with his technical ability, attitude and work-rate during his time at Chadwell Heath.

Despite missing most of his first year as a scholar through injury, Fearon was named captain for the 2024/25 season. After an impressive first half of the season with Lauris Coggin's U18s, Fearon was promoted to the U21s set up at Rush Green Training Ground, making his development side debut in a 2-2 Premier League International Cup draw against SL Benfica B.

Fearon stepped back into the U18s team for their Premier League Cup campaign where he registered five assists in five appearances as Coggin's side reached the final for the very first time.
