Forward Emma Harries joined West Ham United in August 2023.

Prior to becoming a Hammer, Harries joined Reading at the age of eight and spent over a decade with the Royals, making her debut in a Women's Super League win at West Ham in October 2020. Across three seasons, Harries made 64 first-team appearances for Reading, scoring six goals.

Harries has also been capped by her country, appearing for England at U17, U19 and U23 levels since debuting in September 2018.
