Arthur Masuaku today celebrates his 28th birthday - his latest milestone in a life and career which saw him grow up in northern France before embarking on a journey that has seen him play football in his homeland, Greece, England and then represent the country of his parents - the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Presented by RoadX Tyre, we take a look at the path that took him to the Hammers, and has seen him play more than 100 games in Claret & Blue since arriving from Olympiacos in 2016.
Known for his high-energy and skilful play, Masuaku has become a popular figure among the Hammers support and in this revealing video he discusses his pride at turning out for DR Congo, battling through injury and a certain skill against Tottenham Hotspur.
