Irish Hammers is a Facebook group that acts as a hub for the Many Irish West Hams in Ireland & Abroad, we share their individual groups be it county or province with the other groups, from Cork to Belfast & Connemara to Wexford and all those in between like Dublin, Clonmel & Athlone. We arrange meets for games that we cannot travel too, we share photos of matchday experiences, we let each other know of merch & socials too. While all the time enjoying the Craic.
