West Ham United Women will welcome fellow Barclays Women’s Super League side Bristol City to Chigwell Construction Stadium on Sunday 10 September.
Rehanne Skinner’s team will take on the Reds in front of a crowd in Dagenham, with tickets for the match priced at just £5 for Adults and £1 for Juniors.
Bristol City were promoted to the WSL last season after accumulating 48 points last season on their way to winning the Barclays Women's Championship title.
Lauren Smith has recruited Amy Rodgers and Jamie-Lee Napier from London City Lionesses, as well as Jamaica international Sutara Murray, Republic of Ireland international Megan Connolly and former Hammer Amalie Thestrup.
USA goalkeeper Kaylan Marckese has joined on loan from Arsenal, whilst Brooke Aspin signed for Chelsea from the Reds, but has been loaned back to Ashton Gate for the 2023/24 season.
It will be the first chance that the West Ham United faithful have to watch the returning World Cup stars in action; Mackenzie Arnold, Izzy Atkinson, Viviane Asseyi, Risa Shimizu, Honoka Hayashi and Emma Snerle could all be involved!
New signings Jessie Stapleton, Emma Harries and Megan Walsh could also be in action in what will be their first home fixture in Claret & Blue!
