West Ham's Victory Parade | The best bits!

West Ham United's UEFA Europa Conference League winners were given a true hero's welcome back to east London by the Claret and Blue Army on Thursday night.

As David Moyes and his team snaked their way from the Club's former home at Upton Park to a reception at Stratford Town Hall, the hoards of Hammers who lined the streets to revel in the moment was breathtaking.

The players and manager lapped it all up, as the celebrations sparked by Jarrod Bowen's 90th-minute winner in Prague the previous evening continued to flow.

It was a near-two-hour journey that nobody associated with the Club will ever forget and you can enjoy the best snippets from the open-top bus Victory Parade in the Tweets below!
