West Ham United v Nottingham Forest
Premier League, London Stadium, Sunday 12 November, 2pm GMT
West Ham United return to Premier League action on Sunday as Nottingham Forest make the trip to London Stadium.
The Irons are looking to claim three points before the final international break of 2023, having lost 3-2 at Brentford last weekend. The Hammers sit 12th in the table on 14 points.
Forest, meanwhile, claimed a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa last time out; a win that moves Steve Cooper’s side up to 13th the Premier League after eleven matches played.
West Ham were the winners in this fixture last season though, picking up a 4-0 win over Forest at London Stadium back in February.

Team News…
Manager David Moyes will be hoping that his West Ham United squad have come through Thursday's UEFA Europa League fixture with Olympiacos unscathed.
Captain Kurt Zouma has been missing due to injury in the last two games but, according to the boss, is nearing his recovery.
Forest, meanwhile, will definitely be without striker Chris Wood. The forward has a hamstring injury that is anticipated to keep him out until after the international break.
Fellow forward Divock Origi has also been dealing with a hip injury, while Callum Hudson-Odoi is suffering from a thigh strain.
Midfielder Danilo, centre-back Felipe and full-back Gonzalo Montiel are also battling against different injuries that will potentially keep them out of action against the Hammers this weekend.
Opposition…
There is still a sense of optimism, even gratitude, around the City Ground.
Nottingham Forest enjoyed a first season back in the Premier League since 1998/99 last year and, having finished 16th, assured themselves of a consecutive campaign in the top flight. It is an opportunity none around the club wish to take for granted.
A bold transfer strategy was implemented by Forest upon their return to the Premier League, with 32 names joining the team last season across permanent deals and loans as the team sought to build a squad capable of competing.
While this year has not been quite on the same scale, 19 new faces have still walked through the City Ground door in the form of 15 permanent acquisitions and four loan moves.
It’s a move that appears to be working for the revered Steve Cooper, though, who has forever etched himself into Forest hearts for achieving the most miraculous of promotions.
Two wins in the opening four league games of the season, at home to Sheffield United and away to Chelsea, was an excellent start for the Reds. And, while a six-game winless run followed, four of those results were draws and a victory finally came last time out; a 2-0 win against the highly-aspirational Aston Villa.
With a squad that boast Champions League experience, title-winning credentials and even a World Cup winner, Forest will be optimistic of another successful campaign in the Premier League.
Previous Meetings…
West Ham United and Nottingham Forest meet in the Premier League for the eleventh time this weekend.
Nottingham Forest's first visit to London Stadium, back in February, saw the Hammers run out 4-0 winners as Danny Ings, Declan Rice and Michail Antonio fired the hosts to victory.
Forest got the better of West Ham in their first home match back in the Premier League, in August 2022, securing a 1-0 win.
The Hammers did a league double over Sunday's opponents in the EFL Championship in the 2011/12 season. The two teams have met 118 times throughout history, with West Ham winning 47 of those fixtures.
