West Ham United are pleased to announce the first of its kind collaboration in the Premier League with leading respiratory brand, WellO2.
The Finnish-based company will become the Club's first Official and exclusive Respiratory Supplier, with the focus on driving awareness and education around improving respiratory health.
WellO2 were founded by entrepreneur Aulis Kärkkäinen, who after many years of suffering with breathing problems, devised a transformative solution in the creation of the WellO2 breathing device.
The device combines steam breathing and resistance training of the respiratory muscles. The first WellO2 devices launched in 2016, and now there are over 100,000 active users worldwide. The product has proven to be one of the most technologically-innovative and versatile drug-free tools for the treatment and maintenance of respiratory health.
The WellO2 breathing device, which is vastly popular across Scandinavia, will now be available in the UK aligned with the launch of this partnership. WellO2 will use the partnership to further demonstrate the many capabilities of the device in helping both professional athletes improve their performance as well the wider public overcome common breathing issues such as asthma, acute chest infections and inflammations.
