Familiar faces are back in east London as West Ham United women's team welcome Liverpool to Chigwell Construction Stadium for the final Barclays Women's Super League fixture before the October international break.
Rehanne Skinner's side will hope to take the confidence accrued from their first four matches of the season into the contest against Matt Beard's Reds on Sunday.
Skinner's new look West Ham have looked bright in their opening fixtures, producing strong performances in victories over Brighton & Hove Albion and Charlton Athletic, whilst also giving their all in defeats to Manchester City and Chelsea.
Beard previously managed the Hammers between June 2018 and November 2020, and his squad contains ex-Irons, Grace Fisk and Leanne Kiernan. Liverpool have made a solid start to the new season, but did lose 1-0 to Everton at Anfield in last weekend's Merseyside derby.
