The Hammers netted 60 times in the Premier League – their joint third-highest tally in 28 Premier League seasons – along with 16 in ten UEFA Europa League ties, five in the EFL Cup and one in the FA Cup.
We have enjoyed headers, volleys, tap-ins and thunderbolts as the Irons finished ninth in the table and reached two quarter-finals in another solid campaign.
England international Jarrod Bowen led the way with 20 goals, matching Paolo Di Canio’s Premier League record of 16 along the way, followed by Mohammed Kudus with 14 and Tomáš Souček with ten. Lucas Paquetá netted eight, and Michail Antonio and James Ward-Prowse each scored seven times.
Fifteen different players found the net – 14 of them in the Premier League and Aaron Cresswell in the Europa League – while Crystal Palace goalkeeper Dean Henderson scored the only own-goal the Hammers benefitted from.
