West Ham United U21s participated in an intensive, six-day pre-season training camp on the Tróia Peninsula.
The young Hammers, under the guidance of lead coach Mark Robson and assistant coach Steve Potts, spent nearly a week in Portugal working hard on their fitness and tactics, spending double sessions on the pitch as well as undertaking gym work and morning cardio.
