UEFA Women's Euro 2025

UEFA Women's Euro 2025 draw | All You Need To Know

Four West Ham United women’s team players will take centre stage next summer at UEFA Women’s Euro 2025: Seraina Piubel, Oona Siren, Kinga Szemik and Amber Tysiak.

While Piubel and Switzerland had their place guaranteed, being the home nation, Siren and Finland booked their spot with a 2-0 victory over two legs against Scotland earlier in December.

Elsewhere, Szemik made history with Poland as they qualified for their first-ever major tournament in the last international break which saw the goalkeeper keep two clean sheets in a pair of 1-0 wins against Austria.

And Tysiak remained ever-present in the Belgium defence that knocked out Ukraine in the second round of Play-Offs.

But who will they face? Well, on Monday evening, they will find out.

When is the draw?

The draw for Women’s Euro 2025 will take place at 5pm GMT on Monday 16 December at the Swiss Tech Convention Centre in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Where can I watch the draw?

The draw will be shown live on BBC Two, with coverage beginning at 4.55pm GMT.

How does the draw work?

The teams will be divided into four groups of four teams, Groups A to D - with hosts Switzerland being placed in spot Group A1.

The rest will be determined on rankings, with the remaining 15 teams divided into four seeding pots.

Tysiak and Belgium have been placed in Pot Three whilst Szemik and Poland, and Siren and Finland will be in Pot Four.

The draw will start by assigning the countries in Pot One a group. Then, teams from Pot Two will be allocated a group and a position in that group (from two to four), and the same procedure will take place for Pots Three and Four.

After the group games have been completed, the top-two teams in each group will progress to the quarter-finals of the competition.
