Team news..

Lead coach Mark Robson will be hopeful of calling on Freddie Potts after the midfielder missed out on last week’s match away to Manchester City.

Winger Lennon Peake made his return from a lengthy lay-off against City as well, playing 30 minutes in the second half, and will be in contention.

Divin Mubama will be available for the Hammers. The striker is in the middle of a three-match domestic suspension, but the ban does not apply to international fixtures.

Availability may depend on if any Academy talent is called up by first-team manager David Moyes for the UEFA Europa Conference group stage clash with Silkeborg IF on Thursday evening.

Opposition…

Widely regarded as one of the Czech Republic’s most highly considered teams, Sparta Prague is also recognised as enjoying one of the most successful Academies in the country.

Several of the brightest youth prospects in the country have come through the Sparta Prague Academy.

The side is coached by Michal Horňák, a former international defender who spent a decade in his professional career in the first team.
