West Ham United U21s have been drawn against Colchester United in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy last 32.
As per a dispensation request to the EFL, the fixture will be played at the JobServe Community Stadium, despite West Ham originally being drawn as the home side.
The Hammers take on the EFL League Two side having booked their place in the knockout stages of the tournament for the first time since 2020/21 with three group-stage wins.
The U21s beat Bristol Rovers, Newport County, and Cheltenham Town to top Group H with a 100 per cent record.
Steve Potts' side now seek to reach the last 16 of the competition for the first time in the Club’s history.
Due to our involvement in the last 32, our Premier League International Cup match against GNK Dinamo Zagreb has been moved to Friday 19 January 2024.
A date, as well as ticket details, for our fixture against Colchester United will be announced in due course.
The tie is set to take place in the week commencing 4 December.
