West Ham United U18s will face Manchester United in the quarter-finals of the U18 Premier League Cup at 11am on Tuesday 4 February at Rush Green Stadium.
Lauris Coggin’s young Hammers qualified for the knockout stages of the competition as one of seven group winners, with victories over Nottingham Forest and Southampton as well as a draw at Everton guaranteeing them a spot in the last eight.
Their opponents Manchester United qualified by virtue of goal difference, having ended the group stages level on points with Leeds United and Tottenham Hotspur. The young Red Devils are flying in Premier League North with eleven wins from eleven, having scored 47 and conceded just four. Defeat against Spurs in Group B of this competition is the only game they have not won this season.
