U18s’ 2022/23 league fixtures confirmed

West Ham United U18s will begin their 2022/23 Premier League U18s South campaign with a trip to Crystal Palace.

Kevin Keen’s young Hammers placed second in the U18s division last season, finishing only behind Southampton in a campaign that saw the side go 17 league matches unbeaten.

The U18s will be looking to go one better this campaign and open the 2022/23 season with a trip to Crystal Palace on Saturday 13 August.

The visit of Southampton to Little Heath and a trip across London to Fulham completes August, with just one league outing pencilled in for September – a home clash with Aston Villa.

October opens with the visit of West Bromwich Albion and also sees the side play back-to-back away fixtures, against Chelsea and Brighton & Hove Albion.

The U18s fixture schedule is not affected by the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar and, as such, will continue throughout November with matches at home to Leicester City and away to Arsenal.

December will start with a home clash against Tottenham Hotspur while the final league outing of 2022 will see the U18s face Norwich City away, before returning to their schedule in January 2023 at home to Crystal Palace. The first month of the new year will also feature away matches against Aston Villa and Southampton.

February will see the U18s face consecutive home contests, versus Chelsea and Norwich City, before closing the month with a trip to north London to face Tottenham Hotspur. March once again will feature just one Premier League U18s South outing, as the Hammers travel to play West Brom.

A busy April will conclude the 2022/23 season for the Irons as Keen’s lads play both Brighton & Hove Albion and Arsenal at home, before visiting Leicester City.

The U18s will end the campaign with a home match against Fulham on Saturday 29 April.
