West Ham United women’s team were hard at work at Macedonia Park on Saturday as they prepared for their Perth International Football Cup third-place play-off against Leicester City.
The Hammers are heading towards the end of their ten-day tour Down Under, having earlier fallen to a narrow defeat at the hands of French heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain in their opening clash of the four-team competition.
There were plenty of positives to take out of that performance, despite the result, and Rehanne Skinner’s charges will be determined to emerge from their match-up against the Foxes with victory, before their departure back to the UK on Monday.
Ahead of kick-off on matchday two, the manager put her players through their paces on the training pitch, and our Club photographer was on hand to capture all the action.
