West Ham United have been putting in the hard work on the training pitches at the Club's Rush Green Training Ground.
David Moyes' first-team squad are without a Premier League match this weekend due to the staggered fixtures across the mid-season break, but the preparation is already underway ahead of a busy week that will see the Hammers face Bristol City in an FA Cup third round replay and travel to play Sheffield United on Sunday 21 January.
As such, the team were put through their paces in the winter weather. While a brisk chill filled the air in east London, captain Kurt Zouma and his colleagues worked away the cold during Friday's session.
