It's day four of our pre-season camp in Kitzbühel, Austria and there is certainly no letting up for Julen Lopetegui's West Ham United players.
The story of the week has been early rises, double sessions and plenty of double espressos, as the Hammers continue to step up their preparations, with the week set to conclude with a fixture against Hungarian side Ferencváros on Monday 15 July.
