David Moyes had named an unchanged starting XI as West Ham United take on Chelsea on Saturday lunchtime.
It is the first time since West Ham’s last game of 2021/22 that the same eleven is retained for successive matches, with Germany international Thilo Kehrer shaking off a knock sustained in the 1-1 draw at Newcastle United to make his 23rd Club appearance against the Blues.
With only one defeat in their last five home fixtures against Chelsea, and one loss since the turn of the New Year, the Hammers head into the match in good form, having taken four points in their last two Premier League games.
Łukasz Fabiański, who kept his 40th clean sheet for West Ham in the 2-0 win over Everton last time out at London Stadium, keeps his place in goal, with Krisztián Hegyi and Joseph Anang the two other stoppers included in the matchday squad.
Having started in wins over Everton and Derby County, Emerson will make his fourth straight start, with Vladimír Coufal the other wing-back deployed by Moyes.
The three defenders centre-backs deployed against Chelsea are Angelo Ogbonna, Kehrer and Nayef Aguerd. Vice-skipper Ogbonna will also move an appearance shy of 220 for the Club.
In midfield, the scorer of the equaliser against the Magpies, Paquetá, seeks his first goal at London Stadium since his summer move from Olympique Lyonnais and will line up alongside Declan Rice.
The skipper provided the assist for the Brazil international's second Club goal, and the duo will look to continue their impressive partnership against Chelsea.
With two goals in his last three appearances against the west Londoners, Michail Antonio leads the line supported by Saïd Benrahma and Jarrod Bowen.
Looking for consecutive home wins, Bowen heads into this fixture in good form, having netted against Derby County and Everton. The No20 also registered two assists in a vital 3-2 win over the Blues in July 2020, then scored one and made another when West Ham saw off Chelsea by the same scoreline in December 2021.
Alongside goalkeepers Hegyi and Anang, the substitutes’ bench also seats Ben Johnson, Manuel Lanzini, Flynn Downes and Tomáš Souček. The Argentina midfielder has won five of his ten fixtures against the Blues, scoring three goals including a penalty the last time Chelsea traveled to London Stadium.
Danny Ings, who made his Club debut in the Irons’ last London Stadium outing, seeks his first goal for West Ham since a January move from Aston Villa, while Pablo Fornals is another attacking option from the bench should the Spaniard be required.
