Submit your questions to be answered by Vice-Chair Baroness Karren Brady

West Ham United is committed to ensuring that the voice of our fans is reflected at every level of decision making. One of the Board’s key objectives is to always put our fans first.

The Club has welcomed the Premier League's Fan Engagement Standard and as part of our commitment, we will be putting your questions to Club Vice-Chair Baroness Karren Brady.

You can submit questions about anything relating to supporter experience by 11.59pm on Thursday 24 April. Answers to these questions will be published on our Club website and matchday programme, alongside providing us with valuable insight into the issues you believe are important to the fanbase.

We have already made significant improvements this season thanks to your feedback. These include:

  • A review of Club concessionary policies in consultation with the Club's Fan Advisory Board
  • A pilot scheme for supporters that travel to away fixtures to enable them to access discounted train tickets via Trainline's 'I Came By Train' initiative
  • A full maintenance programme for our Champions Place stones, including regrouting and replacing broken stones
  • The launch of our Official Supporters Club portal, providing opportunities for like-minded supporters to connect all over the world
  • Improvements and changes to our matchday experience, including the sharing of waiting times for queues in real-time and messages across the concourse advising supporters on how long it is until kick-off.

Please note that:

  1. Where we receive similar questions these will be combined into themes; and
  2. If your question relates to your personal circumstances as a fan or contains personal information we will not include this in the Q&A session but may instead respond to you directly via our Supporter Services team
  3. Questions should relate to supporter experience rather than the football side of the business

Our club Fan Advisory Board (FAB) provides an opportunity for supporters to engage with the club on strategic issues that impact the fanbase. The FAB members represent a diverse range of fans across the fanbase, including members of the Away Scheme, Season Ticket Holders and junior fans. If you would prefer to contact them directly, you can find their information, and previous meeting summaries here.
