Rehanne Skinner has named her West Ham United women's team XI that will take on Manchester City in the Barclays Women's Super League at Joie Stadium this afternoon.
The manager makes one change from the team's last WSL outing, with Camila Sáez returning to the starting line-up, replacing Shannon Cooke who drops to the bench.
The Hammers are hoping to pick up their first points against Manchester City since October 2021, when Dagný Brynjarsdóttir scored her first goal in Claret and Blue in a historic 2-0 victory.
Kinga Szemik continues in goal, having been between the posts in every league fixture so far this season.
The aforementioned Sáez slots into a back five that also contains Anouk Denton, Li Mengwen, Shelina Zadorsky and Amber Tysiak.
Brynjarsdóttir partners captain Katrina Gorry in midfield for the third league fixture in succession, as the Iceland international continues to build up her fitness after having her second child in February.
Riko Ueki will be hoping to make it three goals in as many matches, and she will be joined up front by Emma Harries and Viviane Asseyi.
Skinner has eight players to call upon on the substitutes' bench, which includes Megan Walsh, Oona Siren, Marika Bergman Lundin, Manuela Paví, Halle Houssein, Seraina Piubel and Cooke. There's also a place for young defender Marnie Morrison, who impressed during the 6-1 win over Portsmouth in midweek.
