West Ham United Women stepped up their preparations for Sunday's Barclays Women's Super League fixture against Tottenham Hotspur.
The Irons will be playing their final league fixture of the calendar year on Sunday when they make the short trip to The Breyer Group Stadium, as they look to get back to winning ways after last weekend's defeat to Liverpool in Birkenhead.
