West Ham United continued their preparations for the resumption of the 2022/23 Premier League with a training session at Rush Green on Friday afternoon.
In the bitterly cold conditions in east London, the players were working hard to get ready for the return of domestic action following the break for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The Hammers will face Fulham on Saturday in their final mid-season friendly, before the Premier League returns with a trip to Arsenal on Boxing Day.
