After a near week of hard work, double training sessions and plenty of running, West Ham United U21s are set for their first pre-season fixture of the 2022/23 campaign.
Mark Robson's developmental Hammers are set to take on Sporting CP 'B' in Portugal on Saturday 9 July, with kick-off set for 10.00am. Everything you need to know about this pre-season match can be found here.
The fixture will give Robson, assistant coach Steve Potts and the backroom staff a first look at their squad in action after their return to training a little under three weeks ago, and our photographer was on hand to capture the action from the final training session in Troia on Friday.
