West Ham United U21s are continuing their preparations for the 2022/23 season in Portugal.
Mark Robson's development side have been put through their paces on the Península de Troia with morning cardio sessions on the pristine beaches, gym work and plenty of football work on the training pitches.
The young Irons are getting set for their first pre-season friendly of the summer schedule, against Sporting Lisbon 'B' on Saturday 9 July.
