West Ham United U18s are putting in the hard work on the training pitches ahead of Thursday's FA Youth Cup semi-final tie with Southampton.
The young Hammers are set to take to London Stadium for their last four match with the Saints and have been training relentlessly at the home of the Academy of Football, at the Club's iconic Chadwell Heath facility.
