West Ham United visited EFL League One club Ipswich Town for a pre-season match on Tuesday 12 July, with former Tractor Boy Flynn Downes making his debut and captain Aaron Cresswell wearing the captain's armband against their old club.
The Hammers kicked-off their 2022/23 campaign with a 2-0 win at Swiss Super League side Servette on Friday evening, when Academy prospects Aji Alese and Divin Mubama were on the scoresheet.
This game is one of seven to be played in the build-up to the start of the new campaign, which begins with the visit of Premier League champions Manchester City to London Stadium on Sunday 7 August, tickets for which are on sale to Claret Members now!
