West Ham United's final home Premier League game of the 2024/25 season at home to Nottingham Forest is now confirmed to take place on Sunday 18 May at 2.15pm BST.
Forest's 2-0 defeat by Manchester City in the Emirates FA Cup semi-finals means the match will be hosted at London Stadium on that date.
