West Ham United's Premier League game away at Chelsea will be played on Sunday 5 May, with kick-off at 2pm BST.
The Hammers' trip to Stamford Bridge will not be broadcast live on UK television, but moves to the Sunday due to Chelsea's rearranged fixture against Tottenham Hotspur the preceding Thursday.
David Moyes' men will be looking to complete a Premier League double over the Blues, having defeated them at London Stadium 3-1 back in August.
