Striker Divin Mubama has been named in the England Men’s Euro Elite League squad for two October fixtures.
Formerly known as the MU20s, the England Men’s Euro Elite League squad is open for players born between 1 January 2002 and 31 December 2004.
England will begin their Elite League campaign in Bucharest where they will take on Romania on Thursday 12 October at 5pm BST.
They will then host Portugal at Stadium MK on Tuesday 17 October at 7pm BST.
Led by interim head coach Joe Edwards, Mubama and the rest of the squad enjoyed a training camp at St. George’s Park in September as they prepared for their first games of the 2023-24 season.
England will also play Italy, Germany, Czechia and Netherlands across the rest of the season.
Mubama has made two first-team appearances this season and also featured for West Ham United U21s.
He scored a brace in a 5-0 Premier League International Cup win over Celtic in September, having netted 13 goals in Premier League 2 last season.
