Geyse's 28th-minute strike put the hosts in front, despite claims for a foul in the build-up. Leah Galton then added a second just before half-time to leave the Irons with work to do.
In the second half, Grace Clinton extended United's lead when she headed home from close range, putting the result beyond doubt.
