A see-saw second half saw West Ham United and AFC Bournemouth share the points after a 2-2 draw at London Stadium.
The Irons initially trailed to Evanilson's 38th-minute strike, but Niclas Füllkrug rose high to nod a 61st-minute equaliser, before Jarrod Bowen headed a goal of his own seven minutes later to turn the game on its head. However, Evanilson's second of the afternoon, eleven minutes from time, wiped out the advantage.
A quiet opening period looked to be drifting towards scoreless parity at the halfway stage, but Brazilian striker Evanilson pounced to give his side the lead, knocking home after Alphonse Areola failed to hold Antoine Semenyo's shot.
Füllkrug was introduced from the bench early in the second half and he didn't wait long to make an impact, heading James Ward-Prowse's right-wing corner past Kepa Arrizabalaga for the equaliser.
Just seven minutes after Füllkrug's intervention, Bowen had turned the game around, getting on the end of Mohammed Kudus' cross to guide a header into the bottom right-hand corner.
West Ham were unable to hold on to their lead though, as Evanilson stole in again at the far post to knock home a late leveller.
