West Ham United ended their six-game wait for a Premier League victory with a thrilling 4-2 win over Brentford at London Stadium.
Jarrod Bowen's hat-trick did the majority of the damage, with an Emerson stunner adding to our tally and rendering goals from the Bees' Neal Maupay and Yoane Wissa mere consolations.
A lightning-fast start saw Jarrod Bowen net twice inside the opening seven minutes.
First, he lashed a stinging drive inside Mark Flekken's near post, before finishing off a flowing move by stroking home Vladimír Coufal's low cross.
Brentford soon got themselves back into the contest, however, as Maupay struck back to make it 2-1.
The Irons restored their two-goal advantage just past the hour, as Bowen completed his hat-trick, nodding home a Mohammed Kudus cross from close range.
Emerson got in on the act with 69 minutes played, smashing a delightful left-footed shot into the opposite top corner and it was 4-1 to the hosts.
The scoring was not done there, as Brentford pulled one back through Wissa eight minutes from time.
