This season’s Junior Supporters' Board (JSB) held their first meeting at London Stadium on Saturday 5 October, ahead of the Hammers’ 4-1 win against Ipswich Town.
The meeting brought together Club staff with Junior Season Ticket Holders and Claret Members to discuss ways to enhance the experience for young West Ham United fans.
There were a wide range of ideas discussed, including enhancing the Junior Hammers section of the website, matchday giveaways and showcasing West Ham’s history.
The Club will now share these exciting ideas with the relevant departments and provide feedback at the next JSB meeting.
Head of Supporter Services and Fan Engagement Cat Smith said: “It’s great to have the Junior Supporters' Board back for a new season. The group had some fantastic ideas and will be a valuable sounding board for the Club to get a sense of what junior fans are looking for.”
The meeting concluded with JSB members heading pitchside to take their official profile and group pictures. Stay tuned for more updates as the JSB works to enhance the experience for young supporters and ensure their voices are heard in future initiatives.
