Iron Cast – West Ham United’s official podcast - brings its first-ever live show with a trio of guests from the Hammers senior squad!
Presented by hosts Chris Scull and James Collins at JD Sports in Oxford Street, in front of an audience of West Ham fans, this week’s Iron Cast sees summer signings Mohammed Kudus and Konstantinos Mavropanos join Ben Johnson on the show.
The trio discuss Saturday’s Premier League’s fixture with Manchester City and how Ghanaian attacker Kudus and Greek defender Mavropanos are settling into life in east London.
Johnson reflects on his own debut for the Hammers and an upcoming third European campaign, having been part of last season’s UEFA Europa Conference League triumph!
Kudus made his home West Ham debut at the weekend and reveals his delight at seeing football fans from Ghana follow his journey to east London, before the trio opened up on their respective fashion tastes and styles.
Johnson, Mavropanos and Kudus give an insight into life inside the West Ham dressing room and the players in the squad, before Johnson reveals where the tradition of playing ‘Cotton Eyed Joe’ after big wins came from.
The supporters in attendance then had the opportunity to ask their own questions of the panel, with Johnson, Kudus and Mavropanos all answering queries from the live audience.
