Tomáš Souček, Vladimír Coufal and Mohammed Kudus were all victors in Monday night's slate of international fixtures.
Czech pair Souček and Coufal warmed up for their country's participation in UEFA Euro 2024 by helping their side defeat North Macedonia 2-1 in Hradec Králové.
West Ham United's Czech mates both started - Souček winning his 69th senior cap and Coufal his 42nd - as they secured a fifth straight win.
Bayer Leverkusen striker Patrik Schick opened the scoring from the spot on the hour, and although North Macedonia;s Isnik Alimi levelled five minutes later, the home side secured a perfect send-off to Germany thanks to Antonin Barák's stoppage time winner.
All eyes are now on the Euros, with Ivan Hašek's side getting their campaign underway on Tuesday 18 June against Portugal. Further Group F fixtures follow against Georgia on 22 June and Turkey on 26 June.
Kudus meanwhile, ended his 2023/24 campaign with a start in Ghana's thrilling victory over Central African Republic in 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying.
In a true thriller in Kumasi, Ghana prevailed by a 4-3 scoreline to move top of Group I in the African qualification section.
Both sides led at different times of a see-saw contest, with Jordan Ayew's early spot kick for the Black Stars being cancelled out by a first half double from the visitors' Louis Mafouta.
Ghana turned the contest around in a decisive nine minute spell after the hour, when Ayew completed his hat-trick - sandwiching Abdul Fatuwu's strike - to make it 4-2 to Ghana.
Although Mafouta - Andy Carroll's strike partner at French side Amiens - added his own hat-trick goal in the final minute, it was too little, too late for Central African Republic.
Ghana's victory takes them to nine points from their opening four qualifying fixtures, placing them three points clear of Madagascar and Comoros, who both play their fourth games on Tuesday.
The ten-match campaign will conclude in October 2025, when each group's top side will progress to the finals in the United States, Mexico and Canada, with the best four second placed teams heading to a play-off.
Finally Josh Briggs was among the substitutes in Northern Ireland U19s' 1-1 friendly draw with Slovakia in Larne.
Briggs' side have drawn twice against Slovakia in this international window as Northern Ireland complete their preparations for next month's UEFA U19 European Championships, which is being held in their home country.
